In the Studio

Today I had the fabulous opportunity to paint along side of internationally known artist Angela Meijer! What a thrill! She so kindly shared her knowledge of acrylic painting with me… which was incredible!
Here are some of our “works in progress”…

First we layered the colors...

 

Then we added layers of gel medium...

And then repeat… again and again and again!

The results are so much fun!

As the day went on, so did the paint! Layer after colorful layer...

Of course we added plenty of drips and splatters!

Almost finished!

I truly had the most enlightening day and can’t wait to do it again!
